Following the success of my previous retreats (see testimonials below), I'm inviting you all again to explore the Art of Breathing for my last course of the season! Before my departure from Goa I'll be running a final long course with my co-facilitator team combining all my favourite modalities; yoga, breathwork, ice bath, trauma healing and plant medicines one after the other to offer you the possibility to dive deep into this life changing practice with a 7 half-day long adventure!

Each 4hrs long session will involve some (cool, fascinating and not boring) theory, different types of physical practices (Hatha Yoga, ice bath, Kundalini Yoga, Tantra...), various breathing techniques and will finish with a long breathwork session followed by a relaxation.

During the 1st part of the course, we'll use yoga as a modality to become really aware of our whole body-mind system and go deep in our breathwork journeys.
We’ll learn about the science behind breathing and how to use it in our everyday life to support us.

We'll add one more layer onto this, exploring how breathing practices can be used in conjunction with trauma healing tools to comprehend the possible release happening and process the emotions that arise during the practice. This will be based on what I've been learning and practicing on my own for 6 years, and especially during the Winter Expedition I've done with Wim Hof, as well as the different trauma healing practices I've been exploring more recently.
We will cover:
Sharing circles will also be used as tools to create a safe environment for all the participants which is for me the primordial condition to allow any release to happen.
Finally, we'll go even deeper using plant medicines and their wisdom!
The course will include three plant medicine ceremonies.
Two integration sessions will take place after cacao and Blue Lotus to support the integration of deep experiences. These will include grounding practices, sharing circle and a long parasympathetic breathwork journey.
