Outline of the session

We’ll first discuss your intention for the session which is the base of all the work we’ll be doing together.

I’ll then explain the effect of the practice you’ll experience with scientific precision so that your mind is prepared for this journey and able to relax fully into it.

Together, we’ll go through a warm up so that you can enter the journey with an open body, fully ready to go deep.

I’ll next guide you into the breathing journey and support you with vocal guidance, bodywork and sound healing so that you never feel left alone.

The session will end with a relaxation with live music and a sharing for a smooth and deep integration process.

The whole point of this process is to create a space in which you feel safe to release whatever is holding you back in your life, so that you can leave the session lighter, free from unhealthy believes and habits, and closer to your Higher Self.

My expertise and guidance will help you release stress, find clarity, and enhance your overall well-being.

Themes and intention

One of the specificities of my session is that I use a script carefully designed to support you in your journey.

This is especially powerful as the breathing allow you to enter a subconscious state in which it is easier to get out of your own way and reprogram limiting beliefs.
