A Training Beyond Breathwork

This month-long training is designed to go much deeper than just learning breathing techniques. It is a trauma-informed facilitator training, combining breathwork with psychology, inner child work, trauma awareness, and safe facilitation practices.
You will not only learn how to guide others, but also to embody the practices yourself. The first part of the training emphasizes self-practice, because we believe that the best facilitators are first and foremost grounded practitioners.

What Will I Learn?
Core Areas of Training
- Breathwork Mastery: From long journeys to shorter practices such as Pranayama, Wim Hof, functional breathing, and other techniques.
- Trauma-Informed Facilitation: Understanding trauma, working with beliefs and behaviors, inner child and parts work, and guiding people safely.
- Breath Physiology & Psychology: The science and subtle dynamics behind breathwork.

Specialized Practices
- Cold Exposure (Ice Baths): How to facilitate safe, integrative cold immersion experiences beyond “shock value.”
- Vocal Guidance & Bodywork: Using language, voice, touch, and presence to support deep transformation — from spontaneous guidance to scripted journeys.
- Integration Practices: Learning how to help participants translate powerful subconscious or even psychedelic-like experiences into visible shifts in everyday life.

Our Approach
We train you in a grounded, step-by-step model:
- Intention Setting – creating a safe space with consent, clarity, and a shared intention.
- Warm Up – opening the body and emotions through gentle movement, vulnerability and connection activities.
- The Session – guided breathwork and bodywork held with safety, presence, and care.
- Integration – grounding the experience and applying the insights in daily life.
